My husband & I drove to Brooks AB to look at conversion van today. We got here quite late, so we thought we may as well book a hotel room . I told the lady, I never dreamed I'd be waking up in Brooks Alberta on our 30th wedding anniversary. She laughed so hard 😂 When we checked in, she upgraded us for free to this really beautiful room with 2 fireplaces. Feeling blessed .

Woke up this morning at beautiful Thompson Falls Montana 🇺🇸 So many people said don't go to the USA , too expensive . We paid $139 US for this deluxe superior cabin . Cheap compared to paying $226 🇨🇦 plus taxes in Penticton BC for a substandard room .
