Dump Matsumoto smacks Tam Nakano on the head with a kendo stick for pretending to cry all the time, then scolds Saya Kamitani for laughing too much as a heel. She then asks Tanahashi what he thinks about how current women's wrestlers carry themselves, and he says "In order for people to come to the venue, we have to make our players famous." Dump says they should become famous in the ring, and Tanahashi says the order is reversed. The implication is they need to be bright and bubbly during these TV appearances to sell tickets. Controversial discussions like this between old school and new school wrestlers and fans is what led to the constant complaining about the way Saya Kamitani acts on television to get more people to watch STARDOM. I'm glad Tanahashi defended Saya, recognized that times have changed, and pivoting from standard tradition is necessary to make money and draw interest in the modern day.

Rhea Ripley understood the assignment & passed it with flying colors. She told Giulia to lay everything in & tank hits like she's still in Japan. She did everything in her power to showcase the Giulia that WWE signed, succeeded, and has a black eye to show for it. #SmackDown

Alright, STORY TIME MOTHERFUCKERS! So back in summer 2022, Mina Shirakawa and Unagi Sayaka were harboring animosity towards each other because they were losing all of their matches in the Cosmic Angels. They had just come off of a historic Artists Championships reign, which is still the longest of all time to this day, and they had failed to win the Goddess Championships as well. Since they were frustrated with themselves and each other, they would start arguing over trivial matters. In this video, they yell at each other for 2 minutes over who has the best breasts. Unagi even says she's been told that hers feel the nicest, and makes fun of Mina's for being too big. This led to a "Cosmic Rules" match at the first of the STARDOM Showcase events, which were typically non-canon matches full of silly stipulations. Unagi ended up ripping Mina's bikini top off and making her find a towel to cover herself backstage.
