Thousands of peaceful protesters have come out in Bannu KP to protest peacefully only to be met by bullets & force. A number have been killed and many more wounded. The way Malik Najam Khan and others were brutally handled yesterday was barbaric and completely illegal. All illegally detained individuals must be released immediately. What was their crime? Peacefully protesting to demand that Imran Khan’s family and legal team be allowed to meet him. Najam has always been a true worker of Khan Saab and a source of pride for Attock and I. Disgraceful that Aliya Hamza Malik has been detained for hours and no is allowed to go into the police station nor get any information as to why. As we have always maintained that all these fabricated cases will have no legs to stand on in the higher courts.
