In reality her "reporting" failed to mention: -The defense demanded the Losee Rooftop video be withheld, not the prosecution -That is not a "tactical military crawl," that's a retard scooting on a roof -There’s no explanation for who/what the person on the roof was supposedly "signaling" to -PLENTY of public footage already places Tyler Robinson on site -Not seeing a gun in this one specific clip proves nothing -A .30-06 recoil wouldn't cause a black eye -The medical examiner's report confirms the gunshot wound to the neck

These are the undisputed facts from both sides: -Jane Doe was conscious. -She clearly consented. -She tried to continue a relationship with the alleged rapists afterward. For the men: -They got clear consent. -They stopped when asked to. -Not all of them were conscious. One frat member told Cornell police he was too intoxicated to consent and suggested that Jane Doe assaulted him. Those are the undisputed FACTS, and they make the allegations a hell of a lot harder to reconcile.
