Our Emergency Response Team has been busy taking calls for service by pet families who were evacuated after the Murphy Canyon plane crash. Our trained volunteers are going into the evacuation zone to retrieve those animals and return them to their thankful owners.

We are so grateful for the incredible effort to save Indy, a large shepherd who fell into a 40-50ft deep / 3 ft wide unsupported well on Vista Dr. in Bonita this afternoon. San Diego Humane Society’s Emergency Response Team was on scene to assist. Great job to all involved!
