The elderly Hon. Dr. David Byatike Matovu, an uncle to Kabaka Mutebi II, remains the last truly serious MP and leader Entebbe Municipality has had. Sadly, the same cannot be said of the two men standing beside him, or many others who came after. May he continue to live long.

I don't condone this treatment of a teacher but teachers in Ugandan schools need to know that the era of beating children is gone. It is illegal and wrong. I am told nursing schools are notorious for beating adults. Worth checking Ministry of Health- Uganda and Ministry of Education and Sports - Uganda
