He says that Shintani is indeed involved in the project, but more for the major episodes. However, he speaks quite confidently when stating that Shintani is not the lead for the Moro arc, but from what he knows, Yamamuro is the lead character designer. Now, this is just the conclusion he reached with the information he has so far, nothing is confirmed.
