It’s preposterous. The average Australian citizen now needs a team of accountants and experts just to navigate the regulatory maze its Parliaments have created. Multiply that across dozens of regulatory bodies and you get a system that will trap the unwary. Decades of politicians have created an overly complex, overly regulated society where obeying the law feels almost impossible for normal people. This isn’t freedom, it’s control.

Angus Taylor is one of the sharpest minds in Parliament and he’s turning the Liberal ship around bit by bit. Australia cannot continue to suffer from living standard drops, high inflation, a housing crisis, and a government under siege from global elites trying to censor us. Our focus however shouldn’t be on other political movements. It must be on the real job of putting Australia first and getting rid of this Labor disaster.

Just as the pharmaceutical companies fire up their “get your flu shot” campaigns, suddenly two birds in Western Australia test positive for avian influenza. What timing! The same pattern every year, new scare, same solution, roll up your sleeve and take your shot to protect grandma (or something). Also from the “trust the science” brigade we learn that you should get your human flu shot to prevent a bird flu pandemic (or something). This morning the Senate passed the Fair Work Amendment (Baby Priya’s) Bill 2025 which provides that employers must pay parental leave to employees who suffer the tragedy of a stillbirth. I moved an amendment to the Bill which would have prevented intentional terminations of pregnancy potentially being treated as stillbirths for the purposes of the Fair Work Act, including paid parental leave provisions which this Bill creates. Unfortunately, my amendment was defeated, and the Bill passed. In a few weeks, the Senate will vote on the ASIO Amendment Bill (No. 2)—and every Australian who values freedom under the law should be paying attention. This Bill doesn’t just extend extraordinary powers—it makes them permanent. Powers that were meant to expire by March 2027 would instead become ongoing. It expands compulsory questioning for adults and even minors, weakens safeguards, limits access to legal counsel, and lacks proper judicial oversight. These are not ordinary powers. They allow the state to compel answers under threat of penalty. That is a serious intrusion into personal liberty. Of course, national security matters—but it must never come at the unchecked expense of freedom. For these reasons, I will NOT be supporting this Bill. The media has had a field day in recent weeks claiming Australia is in the middle of an escalating whooping cough (pertussis) outbreak with many outlets repeating the myth that Australia is currently experiencing the highest records of whooping cough since records began 30 years ago. Data from the National Notifiable Disease Surveillance System however shows that whooping cough notifications peaked in 2024 at around 57,000 cases and fell to approximately 25,000 in 2025, indicating the peak has already passed. Why is the public messaging continuing to frame whooping cough as an escalating outbreak when the data says the peak is behind us? With fuel stations running dry across Australia and farmers warning of empty supermarket shelves from diesel shortages, I get a distinct feeling of COVID déjà vu. Australia's "No Jab, No Pay" policy requires that children be "up to date" with immunisations for their families to receive certain family assistance payments. Today I am introducing the A New Tax System (Family Assistance) Amendment (No Jab No Pay Repeal) Bill 2025 to give parents the ability to conscientiously object and still be eligible for these payments. This form of coercion shouldn't happen in Australia.

The Adelaide City Council is actually flying the Australian flag along King William Street! Last year my FOI request revealed that the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander flags were flown for 147 days over 3 years down our main boulevard but the Australian flag wasn’t flown once! The previous four Australian ABS Provisional Mortality Statistics data releases reveal 15.1%, 16.0%, 17.0%, and 17.3% increases in excess deaths above the baseline average. Similar, if not worse, trends, are happening all over the western world. Clearly, something serious, I would say catastrophic, is occurring, yet strangely politicians and the censorship industrial complex are almost entirely unconcerned about investigating it. They don’t want you to know what is driving this, but we all know what is causing it. Watch as I speak in the Australian Senate about the tragic western trend of excess deaths.

This so called “Combatting Antisemitism, Hate and Extremism Bill” is the worst assault on freedom this Parliament has ever seen. Australians already face far too much regulation of free speech at both state and federal levels. Law-abiding gun owners don’t need further restrictions either. Autism diagnoses in Australia have risen dramatically—from rare decades ago to around 1 in 27 children today. At the same time, the childhood vaccination schedule has expanded significantly. The Center for Disease Control in the USA says: "The claim 'vaccines do not cause autism' is not an evidence-based claim because studies have not ruled out the possibility that infant vaccines cause autism." In Australia the Therapeutic Goods Administration say their “systems” have not identified any safety signal suggesting a link. But where are the studies ruling the link out conclusively?
