Kapil Sibal and Abhishek Manu Singhvi were there fighting his case, and still the court basically said “we’re not sitting in an ivory tower, we know what’s happening outside.” The usual drama of marching to the Supreme Court to pressure it has now come with a notice and a demand for explanation. Judiciary made it clear it won’t be intimidated.
