NDIS - September 2021 Vesh Chaurasiya, Nepalese on a student visa owns and runs a registered NDIS provider turning over millions of dollars a year. Home Affairs, the NDIA and NDIS Commission knew and approved it all. He employed foreigners on student visas with no qualifications to provide 24/7 care to the highest needs disabled people through his company SIL Experts (Supported Independent Living) An NDIS participant died in March 2021 in the care of his company.
