Growing up in a “Christian home” does not mean that you’re automatically a Christian.

Don’t let people make you feel guilty for being offended when your God is being mocked. Righteous anger is a Biblical principle.

People are asking me, “Aren’t you scared to preach at events right now?” NOPE! Not even a little bit! I would never want to miss out on how God is moving with young people right now!

Young people don’t need adults who act like kids to connect with them. They need adults who act like adults and genuinely care about them.

Following King Jesus, being a good husband, and a loving father is more important than gold jackets.

This is what ultimately matters. This is what influence looks like. Whatever God calls you to do… see it as a mission field to point people to Jesus!

Jesus I would have followed you, but “your church is full of hypocrites” will not be an acceptable excuse, when you stand before Him one day.

People will say, “Jesus had nothing to say about LGBTQ+ or gender.” That is not true. The Son of God has spoken.

Spiritualizing Laziness. Has a constant focus on sabbath’ing, resting, and slowing down in many Christian contexts today caused some people to learn how to spiritualize laziness? The Biblical model of Sabbath is to work hard, then rest well.

Salvation is not Jesus becoming a part of your life. It’s Jesus becoming your life. And, that’s radically different.

Jesus is not just sent from God, Jesus is God!

The exact same part of the brain that triggers during anxiety also triggers during gratitude. That makes it impossible to focus on anxiety &amp; gratitude at the same time.

If we’re only serving people to meet their physical needs without also telling them about Jesus, then we’re just making them comfortable all the way to Hell. People have both physical and spiritual needs.

Jesus is better than self-help.
