This guy was walking around the Palestine rally at Sydney Town Hall last night filming protestors. He was not there as a supporter. When I noticed him I got my phone out and started filming him back. I walked over to him, still recording, and he left. Always beware of Zionists in the crowd and protect our community.

Fantastic response from David Shoebridge to a question from a journalist at The Australian on the “sensible centre” and equating the ugly politics of One Nation and the Coalition’s hate, division and punching down on migrants and others, with the Greens’ opposition to Israel’s genocide in Gaza 🎥 ABC News

Another great question from Farid Y. Farid to Chris Minns, asking what violent imagery Minns is referring to about the Palestine rallies. Minns shamefully and without evidence links the horrific antisemitic Bondi attack to the anti-genocide rallies. This is so dangerous and wrong

Last week I attended NSW Parliament budget estimates when Chris Minns was giving evidence. I wore my keffiyeh and sat in the public gallery. One of Minns’ staffers noticed that I was visible on the livestream and, I believe, messaged another staffer who was sat on the table behind Minns, and it appears he told her to move over to obstruct me from view. You can see in the video the male staffer sat in the public gallery, looking at me and the TV monitor which shows the proceedings to the gallery, and appearing to message someone. The woman behind Minns then looks at her phone and moves, leaning over, blocking me from view. The male staffer in the public gallery continued to watch the TV monitor facing the public gallery and turn his head, looking directly at me. At one point I even waved to him and he waved back, sheepishly. I felt deeply uncomfortable and offended. Last year I wore a hoodie with the word Palestine on it and was denied entry to NSW Parliament by NSW Police and security. Another time, I attended the inquiry into antisemitism. I was sat in the public gallery, wearing a keffiyeh and a Palestine hoodie. A Zionist complained that my presence in the gallery made them “feel unsafe”. I did not know this person and had not interacted with them at all. When I visited Canberra last year, Parliament House security told me I would not be allowed in the House of Representatives public gallery because I was wearing my keffiyeh. This is the insidious anti-Arab racism that we face daily, particularly those of us who oppose Israel’s genocide in Gaza and war crimes in Lebanon and criticise our government’s response to it. I’m seeking preselection for the Greens to the NSW Legislative Council. I believe our parliament should better reflect the diversity of our community. If elected, no one will be able to stop me from entering Parliament, wearing my keffiyeh and being visible, and speaking truth to power. ✊🏽🇵🇸🇱🇧💚

.@antoinette_News told BBC News (UK) other people in news & current affairs at ABC News shared Human Rights Watch post but they weren’t fired. She says some at ABC provide more inflammatory/defamatory posts, ABC paid legal case for one journo still on air, difference is they are white & she is Arab
