DripTech Irrigation is huge. Just look at their range of products and services: pumps, irrigation systems, filters and fittings, pipes, generators, solar panels, tanks. My guess is that some of the people behind businesses like this were former white commercial farmers or grew up in commercial farming families. Nearly 26 years after land reform, it makes sense. They already had the technical knowledge, farming experience, and industry networks. Rather than leaving agriculture, they transitioned into agribusiness, consultancy, design, installation, and technical support. Skills and expertise don't disappear. They adapt, evolve, and find new opportunities. You can't keep a good man down. DripTech Irrigation will be exhibiting at ADMA Agrishow from 4–6 June.

Lecturers at the University of Zimbabwe (UZ) have been on strike for 48 days, continuing to picket in protest of low salaries and poor working conditions. Earlier this morning, they were still picketing, singing and playing the iconic tune "Mugove" by Leonard Zhakata.
