After many rejections and a long excruciating wait of years , my brother finally had a Lung Transplant thanks to Dr Balakrishnan and his team at MGM, Chennai. Shazia Ilmi I can’t believe this. Just landed at Delhi Airport Terminal 2 and the first thing I see is the same Guardian Pharmacy outlet. Yesterday, the Delhi Airport Authority had kindly taken cognisance of my complaint and connected me with Govind Shukla, Country Head, Guardian Pharmacy, who apologised and assured me that basic medicines like Crocin, Paracetamol, Dolo and Ibuprofen would be readily available. Yet today, the exact opposite happened. The same medicine worth ₹260 was again being pushed, and only after confrontation did the manager reluctantly offer Crocin. When contacted again, the Pharmacy head offered the same excuses. Despite being pulled up by Govt authorities, this Pharmacy show disregard for passengers and Airport Authorities. Why is Acetaas Plus, costing over ₹260, being repeatedly forced upon customers instead of simply providing basic, affordable medicines? Completely unacceptable. Guardian Pharmacy
