Got to lay out my first bill, HB 3441, in front of the Judiciary and Civil Jurisprudence Committee! This bill would require vaccine manufacturers who advertise in Texas to be held liable for damages they cause to an individual. Thank you to Texans for Vaccine Choice, Texans for Medical Freedom, and Mary Talley Bowden MD for their testimony. You all helped make today possible.

ALL Texans (not some) deserve property tax relief until we're able to completely eliminate property taxes. Texans should NOT rent their house from the government. Thank you Brent Money for this amendment.
