As the Israeli military destroys the roads in Jenin, sealing off the people from medical care, food & water, we are reminded that Israel isn’t waging a “retaliatory war against Hamas”, but engaged in process of eliminating the native population.

Today is the anniversary of the death of Shireen Abu Akleh, murdered by Israeli forces in Jenin refugee camp three years ag. She was a dedicated and beloved journalist. Shireen’s assassination was a message to all Palestinian journalists: they are also targets of deadly violence.

The first thing Palestinians did at al-Aqsa was feed the animals & clean. Think of what kind of person wakes up, after being denied access to the holy site during the most important time of the year, prioritizes the little animals. Zionism tries to destroy the best of humanity.

Another ramming, this time in Yatta (Hebron governorate). The zionist movement never restricted the ways to inflict violence and exploitation on the indigenous communities. Poising their water, burning them alive, running them over in the streets — anything goes.

Israel blows up the mine fields in the Jordan Valley as it prepares to build a wall on its Jordan border - its last “quiet” frontier. This isn’t defense, it’s preparation. Israel is hardening every border, signaling it expects regional war.

Here, Abdul El Sayed explicitly says there is room for zionists in the Democratic Party in a convo with Michigan's AG, Dana Nessel. It's clear that all these NGOs that endorsed him, like JVP & USCPR really have no interest in accountability.

Palestinian children in northern Gaza organized a spontaneous protest today, telling the world, “We want flour.” The international community fails Palestinians in northern Gaza every day by allowing Israel to starve an imprisoned and besieged population. Gaza needs aid NOW.

Like a lot of other people here in Palestine, we’ve not attended any events over the last year. We went to a concert today in Bethlehem. The children and young adults were so talented and the parents and instructors were so proud. There is so much beauty & love in Palestine.

I need people to reflect just how messed up it is that there is a baby in that stroller, and the only thing the Israeli police are thinking about is putting club to head.

“We’re searching for the furniture of the house they demolished on top of it.” 12 hours after Israeli forces destroyed the Al-Wa’ad building in Silwan, families dig through rubble searching for whatever remains of their lives. Almost twice a day Israelis demolish homes.

Reminded of this video, in which the same song is led by the same journalist, Saleh Al Jafarawi, from December 3, 2023. How many of the faces and voices in this video—and those of their loved ones—have been stolen by Israel in the 13 months since this video?
