I feel deeply sorry for the 14-year-old girl who had to go through this. However, I have a few questions: 1) Will a government hospital allow a delivery for someone who is below 18 years of age? 2) If so, would the authorities be required to file a case before or during the process? 3) Since she is a minor, wouldn't this automatically fall under the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act)? 4) If a POCSO case is registered, can it simply be withdrawn as casually as this so-called influencer is claiming? Lately, many Telugu influencers seem to be spreading unverified information and cooked-up stories purely for engagement farming, without any concern for the seriousness of the issues they're discussing.
