Stewartville Football was absolutely ZOOMING on our high CNS sprint day yesterday and we had a great practice! (Confirmed with TITAN Sports) Fresh 😴 Fast 💨 Healthy 😄 High Performance 🔝 I’ve seen some posts recently trying to discredit making MaxV the priority in developing high school 🏈 players and that #FeedTheCats is BS ‼️🧐 We make MaxV the PRIORITY, NOT THE MAJORITY. (There’s a difference) Guess what?! We are still able to ACCELERATE with VIOLENT INTENT on Friday nights when it counts! 💥 (👀 video evidence below) We train… -MaxV -Acceleration -Agility -Power -Strength The list goes on… they all matter. Somehow through the process we become “conditioned” to play football. 🙏😉 Bottom line… #SprintBasedFootball wins and it makes 🏈 the best part of our kids’ day!
