Career politicians have absolutely no clue how the real world works. I’ve spent my life in property and I know how figures stack up. I’m the only candidate who can say that. If you want a housing expert to deliver the results we need, then vote for me when the polls open tomorrow.

I have said from the outset of my campaign that I will be a Mayor who is totally fair and I meant it. I have just arrived at The Mill debate in Manchester to see the independent Candidate Marcus Farmer being refused entry. He was not even invited to the hustings. He has emailed The Mill several times. I interjected and requested that he be allowed to participate, and both the LibDem and Green candidates agreed. But The Mill still refused him entry. Their response when asked was that it was incumbent on him to ask to participate, but no other candidate had to ask. When Marcus became frustrated at the situation, they accused him of being intimidating. I didn’t find him intimidating at all. If we can’t all participate in a fair, inclusive, democratic debate, then none of us should. So on that basis, I’m out.

My campaign has been all about putting the concerns of residents first. The other parties don’t even know what they are. I’ve spoken to so many of you on the campaign trail and that’s what I’ll continue to do as Mayor. If you want a Mayor that will actually listen and drive the radical change that you’re asking for, then vote for me when the polls open tomorrow.

Labour changed Greater Manchester’s voting system. Confused? You’re not alone! This is how it works. Make sure you put me down as your first preference if you don’t want to see a Green or Labour Mayor.

Under Labour, sexual assault and harassment have reached a crisis point in Manchester. Every night, vulnerable women and girls are targeted by predators. This has to stop. This is what I’ll do to take back our streets and combat sexual violence against women and girls.

My manifesto has officially launched. These are my plans to make Greater Manchester even greater. I’m not a career politician. I’m a builder with real experience and I’m ready to build, create and fix what’s broken.

Andy Burnham has just been coronated without the country actually voting for him. Let’s take a look at the reality of Labour’s failures in Greater Manchester.

I questioned Bev Craig on her failure to help me protect survivors of domestic violence, following an audience hustings question on Violence Against Women & Girls. She refused to apologise. As Mayor, I’ll ensure that I give them the protection they deserve.

HMOs are a massive problem for voters across Greater Manchester. Residents feel unsafe. Why aren't local authorities using their powers to sort this issue out? Here's what I'll do as Mayor to fix this blight on our communities.

Polling day is on Thursday. The choice is simple. Do you want more of the same or a new start? Another career politician, or a builder who’s here to deliver? GM needs a shake-up and that’s what I’m here to do. Vote for me if you want to see a Greater Manchester.

Migrant HMOs have exploded in numbers across Greater Manchester. These men are unvetted. We have no idea who they are. People deserve to feel safe. Here’s what I’ll do to combat this problem as Mayor.

This is Leigh, Andy Burnham’s old constituency. The residents here love their town, but they recognise neglect when they see it and are honest enough to say so. As Mayor, I will treat all areas with the equality that they deserve. No part of GM will go unfunded and unloved.

Labour have lost control of our streets and Picadilly Gardens is a prime example. Rats, filth and drug dealing. Would you walk through here at night? I wouldn’t! As Mayor, I’ll deliver a cleaner and safer Picadilly Gardens.

Vandalism and open drug-taking. That’s what the residents of Dukinfield have to deal with every day. Labour have destroyed our police force. Many parts of Greater Manchester are frankly lawless. Here’s what I’ll do to take back control of our streets and keep people safe.

One of Greater Manchester’s most beautiful views is under threat. Hyde just cannot cope with these plans. Over 8,000 people have signed a petition to stop the new Godley Green Garden Village. They’ve been ignored. Once we’ve lost our green belt, it’s gone forever. Here’s what I’ll do as Mayor to protect it.

It’s always the same old story. A politician rocks up at your door during a campaign and you never see them again after they win. I’ll be doing things differently. We need a leader who’ll get out and speak to people about their local areas. That’s what I’ll do as Mayor.

Pubs are the beating hearts of our communities. They are suffocating under Labour’s taxes. When we lose them, they’re gone forever. This is how I’ll support small businesses across Greater Manchester.

Andy Burnham's GMCA and Bev Craig's Manchester Council thought nothing about throwing 10 vulnerable domestic violence survivors out of their safe homes. I wrote to Bev Craig months ago. No reply. Listen to this woman's story. This is Bev Craig's record on protecting women.

Dodgy vape shops have taken over our high streets while honest local businesses are shutting down. It’s not right. Our towns are dying while criminal activity goes unpunished. Here’s what I’ll do to help small businesses thrive and crack down on dodgy activities.
