I used Jev in Morrowind to create more intelligent NPCs. Got some pretty cool results: Scene 1: In a bandit fight, NPCs are pre-programmed to fight to death. With Jev, they update their decision making every second, update their morale, and even flee after seeing their band killed. Scene 2: When you steal something, NPCs are pre-programmed to report and fight you on the spot. With Jev and a memory layer, NPC remembers that you killed bandits, and decides to not report you out of fear.
