➖Ian Rapoport previews #Chargers at #Texans on The Insiders 🗣️ “Everyone sort of laughs about the Texans getting the Saturday early game. It’s kinda the Texan slot. And everyone sort of assumes that they’re gonna come out and lose.. The talent for sure is there. It’s a perfect opportunity for the Texans to come out and get a win that absolutely no one expects them to get.” 🃏 Wildcard Round 1 • Chargers at Texans 🎥 NFL Network ▶️

➖#Texans QB CJ Stroud on the naysayers, saying #Texans can’t get it done against #Chargers 🗣️ “They said the same thing about us last year—playing the Browns. I’m not saying it’s last year but, we went out there and we did what we had to do to win. That’s ultimately what the playoffs come down to. It’s 14 teams now. The microscope is on you—we’re the first team to kick it off with the Chargers.. I kinda like being the underdog. I’ve been the underdog a lot of my life and my career..” 🃏Wild Card Round 1 • Chargers at Texans 🎥 Houston Texans 🎤 BIG SARGE MEDIA LLC

He must not know his former Texans DL Coach Bobby King works for the Eagles now 🤔 🗣️ “Coach [Bobby] King was the d-line coach but, should’ve never been our d-line coach. I’m so glad I can talk so freely about this cause it’s like, there’s nothing they can do to me. None of them coaches. I don’t need them. ![➖Scott Van Pelt and Ryan Clark reacts to late hit calls in #Chiefs vs. #Texans | NFL on ESPN 🗣️ Ryan “I think the first thing you have to start to understand the position these defensive players are in. Patrick Mahomes in that moment is running side to side. He’s basically playing with the defenders and then when they close on him, he falls straight to the ground. ..These players were trying to tackle Patrick Mahomes as he danced around versus their defense and when you have a call like this, in this situation, that gives the Kansas City Chiefs a new set of downs [+15 yards]—that’s an issue. To Chiefs fans.. we’re not making an excuse or saying this is the reason that they won, but you gotta acknowledge the calls versus the team that you have to be virtually perfect against.” 🗣️ SVP “That last drive, the drive that we’re talking about on that penalty, that led to the touchdown on Kelce. That extended the lead to 8.” 🗣️ Ryan “Absolutely, and so you’re deflated as a football team if you do everything you need to do to get a stop. If you converge on Patrick Mahomes in the way that you’re supposed to and you don’t commit a foul but yet you’re handed one—that’s an issue.”](https://image.24vids.com/tw-1881156134246949347/amplify_video_thumb/1881155829346316288/img/7CxpNqSZqi-2QXGQ.jpg)
