According to Tod Gordon, Fumi Saito was paying $5000 per show for the Japanese distribution rights for ECW tapes in Japan. It was a good deal where Fumi paid for 4-5 tapes at a time in advance, until Paul stopped sending them and was providing fake tracking numbers for the tapes
