Recently, EUMETSAT made available pre-operational data from the Lightning Imager aboard their Meteosat 3rd gen weather satellite. It looks really nice! Here's a few days' worth of lightning detections, it's riveting to watch the patterns and movement of the lightning. 🌩️🛰️
