I'm never using stock video again 💩 AI is now perfectly capable of creating custom, high-quality b-roll (with me in it!) Here's the workflow I built: 1️⃣ Custom ChatGPT I describe what I want in my video. It forwards the request to n8n. 2️⃣ n8n workflow n8n takes over and starts working. It uses Replicate API to start the AI tasks. - It creates a starting frame. - It turns it into a video. - It upscales it to 4K. 3️⃣ I get the final result in NocoDB Here I can download a high-quality 4K b-roll shot for my videos. Or I can re-run, tweak and refine if needed. ✨ Models used: - Flux Dev (LoRA) - Kling Pro 2.1 - Video Upscaling (Topaz Labs) All available through Replicate.

This year, I've gradually left AWS. Service by service. Slowly, but surely. If I had to start over today, there is *one* service I would prioritize the highest: DynamoDB. For years, I thought DynamoDB was both brilliant and convenient. - Schemaless - Serverless - Cheap What's not to like? Well, turns out, it's only cheap for a while. And the schemaless nature of DynamoDB quickly starts working against you... Instead, I ditched DynamoDB and went with some boring old tech. Let me explain 👇

I'm leaving the cloud 👋 +80% of my SaaS portfolio now runs on bare metal. Why? I have at least 3 major reasons. One of them is, obviously, cost. This year, I've been able to reduce my monthly cloud bill on AWS from $7800 on average to below $1000 (last month). It's a very noticeable cost reduction. One question I get often: Is it really worth it? Considering the time I now need to spend managing my own dedicated servers. Short answer: Yes. In fact, running your products using OS software is surprisingly "easy" - although it comes with a few gotchas. Let me explain 👇

Someone needs to build this! (Even OpenClaw fails at this) AI is now doing +95% of my coding work. And it's too much too fast, so I'll be honest: I skim PRs, but I don't really carefully read the code anymore. Instead, I do manual QA testing to make sure everything still works. But I want my AI agents to do this too! I've tried getting my OpenClaw agents to do QA, but we're just not there yet. So we really need a dedicated tool for this. Let me explain 👇

GPT-4 takes a hand-drawn mockup of a website as input and produces perfect HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code 🤯 Imagine how fast we can: → Validate product ideas → Get MVPs to market → Iterate and ideate We're tapping into a new, uncharted area! And I'm so here for it 💪

4 tools. That's literally all you need. You can run a 7-figure SaaS business, solo. Here's the stack I use for 90% of my business ops. 1️⃣ Cursor - Vibe Coding. AI can now do 90% of your product development. 2️⃣ FeedHive - Vibe Marketing. Creates content, predicts performance, helps you show up. 3️⃣ Lindy - Vibe Automation. Everything a VA can do, Lindy can do. 4️⃣ n8n - Operations. Runs the heavy machines, automates everything obvious. That's my stack. It's all you need to run a SaaS business in 2025. The best part? This is economically extremely viable. You can self-host n8n for free. And you can get FeedHive (+4 other tools) on a lifetime deal. Sam Altman is right. We're going to see the first $1B solo business. Until then - go build a 7-figure one! Go to to see how.
