$dev team just shipped a banger ! ai evaluators are now live on neatlogs write a rubric once and it reviews every single trace after that. majority of teams review a small fraction of what their agent actually does in production. someone probably reads twenty traces, the other few thousand are just there. existing this doesn't replace your human evaluators though, it covers what they never had the bandwidth for at scale. an SME still owns the judgment calls, the evaluator just handles the volume and at scale, you need both !$
