A lack of emotional intelligence has really cost us as a country of late. It is deeply troubling and, honestly, a big shame!

At this level, I truly feel the gap in how deeply you made everyone understand the situation in this country that even the last man standing would pick a leaf 💔naye easy🤔 I miss your voice, my senior. May freedom come to you soon. #FreeAllPoliticalPrisonersInUG

Some of our polling agents who were illegally arrested on the 15th have now been paraded under heavy security at City Hall. We must rise and free ourselves from the iron grip of the junta. #FreeUgandaNow

The energy, the resilience, the unstoppable passion in Luwero are unmatched. Thank you, Greater Luwero, for this aggressive yet perfectly assertive stand. The momentum is building, the ground is shifting — and soon, we shall be free.

Even after breaking into the house, stealing everything, and brutally attacking @barbiekyagulanyi, as if that was not enough, they now want to force their way in again. Who knows what their real motive is? We are dealing with bandits. We are dealing with real terrorists in uniform. Our parents handed this nation to uncivilized pastoralist-minded war mongers, people trained only in bush warfare — where all they learned was to hide in the bush, kill people, quarrel with animals, and rule through fear instead of reason. No wonder they can harm anyone at any time without conscience. They don’t know how to exist within a just society. Look at how they have destroyed our country. Give them something beautiful, and when you return, it is never the same. Shame on them. May we find the wisdom, courage, and unity to rescue ourselves from these dark forces. 💔 #FreeUgandaNow

There comes a time when loneliness grips the soul, when I feel helpless, fragile, and worn from the inside out. Deep in my heart I bleed, my face often washed with silent tears, and sometimes my mind shuts down from the weight of it all. I crave freedom, yet every window feels sealed, every door locked, even the ventilators no longer bring fresh air to my lungs. It feels like the world is closing in on me. But still… something stronger lives within me. What strengthens me is this: I still breathe. I still find the courage to speak. And somewhere in my soul, joy refuses to die. Because the One who lives in me walked through the valley of death and came out victorious. He was humiliated. Stripped. Beaten. Treated with inhuman cruelty yet He rose. So if I find myself in the valley, I must also rise. I must grow. For if I do not, no one absolutely no one will lift me for me. So I call on heaven and on my own bones: Raise my spirit. Strengthen my body. Teach my heart to stand again and again!

Simple and effective, but with the level of corruption in our country, sisubira nti kisoboka. Ate ekirala, with the rate at which our power keeps shutting down out of nowhere, only God knows! It's indeed for God and Our Country! 🙏🏾

Tomorrow, if something happens to her, you may find yourself asking what you did when she cried out for help. We all know the kind of society we live in today. Please don’t ignore her cry. Share her story, stand with her, and keep her in your prayers. Your voice and your support could make a difference. We are praying for your safety, dear Hon: Namugga. May God protect you and keep you safe. 🙏

I witnessed the greatness of my team and soaked in every bit of the incredible vibe. London is Red, and red is in my blood. We are the Champions of England, united as one family, one club, one heart. We are Arsenal. We are greatness. ❤️🤍🏆 #COY #RedArmy

Thank you, sweet Suubi. You painfully described the state of our country within seconds, and yes, it’s embarrassing that it had to come from you. So sad! Shame!

The truth has crossed oceans and reached the world. Now the duty returns to us — to pull ourselves from the jaws of danger. Uganda is not borrowed land; it is our shared heartbeat. We deserve a nation where freedom breathes in every home and dignity walks with every citizen. The time to rise is now, not tomorrow. #FreeUgandaNow 🇺🇬
