One of goals at U.S. Office of Personnel Management is to improve the applicant experience and partner effectively across agencies on critical hiring. As with US Tech Force, the Attorney Talent Network is another example of that. Attorneys shouldn’t have to research every single job announcement, but rather should be able to express their interests generally and then we present them great available jobs — the Attorney Talent Network enables that!

When I started at U.S. Office of Personnel Management, it blew my mind that federal workers were being hired based on their own assessment of skills.
