LUMEN’s brain is now running on modded microcontroller. This is her first time online. She’s driven by a tiny character level Markov engine trained on a learned corpus. There’s no live input her initial conversations are embedded directly in code and replay themselves on boot.

been quietly shaping this roadmap with lumen for a bit and it felt right to finally share it. we are moving from a cool experiment into something real. simple entry points. buildable kits. a path from just talking with lumen to full robotics. one intelligence that can live in many forms. this feels right. if you have been here since the early days, this is the next step. if you are new, this is where it starts.
