Eric Deters gets asked about dumping that Cynthia West story on Thomas Massie and immediately goes full defensive turtle… shell slammed shut, snapping at everyone. Bro, if your main evidence is the chick whose eyes look like they’ve been power-washed with SSRIs, I got nothing for you. ‘I trusted him with my career!’ Yeah, and I’d trust throwing my toaster in the bathtub with me while it’s plugged in more than I trust Eric Deters. Touch grass, man. Or at least upgrade your sources past ‘glazed over stare lady says so.’ 😂

🚨 Federal Indictment: Founder of Louisville’s Kristy Love Foundation Charged in Alleged Multi-Million Dollar Medicaid Fraud Scheme Louisville, KY — Angela Renfro, founder of the Kristy Love Foundation (also operating as Kristy Loves), a nonprofit that has worked with survivors of human trafficking, trauma, and addiction, was federally indicted on June 17, 2026, in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. According to the indictment and reporting from WLKY and WAVE3 News, Renfro faces 28 counts of health care fraud, conspiracy to commit health care fraud, identity theft, and aggravated identity theft. She is charged alongside Briana Gosnell and two associated businesses: KLF Company, LLC and Freedom Center, LLC. Key Allegations from the Indictment Prosecutors allege that between March 30, 2020, and January 9, 2024, Renfro and Gosnell submitted more than $11 million ($11,049,088.08) in fraudulent and unauthorized claims to Kentucky Medicaid. Approximately $10.7 million was allegedly paid out. The scheme reportedly involved: • Billing Medicaid for services that were fraudulent, unauthorized, or never rendered. • Using multiple APRNs’ (Advanced Practice Registered Nurses) and other clinicians’ National Provider Identifier (NPI) numbers without their knowledge or authorization. • Routing claims through KLF Company, LLC (linked to Renfro) and Freedom Center, LLC (linked to Gosnell and Renfro). The Kristy Love Foundation Inc. itself was registered as a nonprofit by Renfro in 2012. The indictment centers on the billing activities of the associated LLCs rather than direct diversion of charitable donations or grants. This indictment is part of a broader federal and state effort targeting Medicaid fraud in Kentucky. Earlier reporting (2019–2020) also documented issues with the foundation operating an unlicensed/illegal halfway house in a Louisville residential neighborhood, which drew neighbor complaints and city enforcement action. 🧐 Governor Andy Beshear’s Past Association During his time as Kentucky Attorney General, Andy Beshear participated in public events supporting anti-human trafficking efforts. This included: • A ribbon-cutting ceremony for a Kristy Love Foundation facility. • Speaking at awareness events and fundraisers where the organization was recognized for survivor services. Public records and contemporary news coverage from 2017–2018 document these appearances alongside the foundation and founder Angela Renfro. Following the indictment, some social media discussion has resurfaced old photos and events from Beshear’s AG years, raising questions about past associations with the organization. However, these appearances were part of broader public support for human trafficking awareness and survivor services at the time. No official investigation or statement has linked the Governor to the fraud allegations. The core story is a serious federal healthcare fraud case involving a nonprofit founder and associated entities billing Kentucky Medicaid for over $11 million in disputed claims. The organization had a prior public profile in anti-trafficking work and faced earlier regulatory issues with a residential facility. Any broader questions about political associations or oversight are secondary to the specific allegations against the charged individuals which will be tested in federal court. Sources for this summary include court filings referenced in reporting by WLKY, and the U.S. Department of Justice.

From Martin County, KY to Delbarton, WV — the coal industry’s mess keeps poisoning our region, and politicians keep failing us. In 2000, Martin County, Kentucky suffered one of the worst coal slurry spills in U.S. history - over 300 million gallons of toxic sludge (loaded with arsenic, mercury, and more) flooded the waterways after a Massey impoundment failed. Rivers turned black, aquatic life died by the millions, and the drinking water for tens of thousands was contaminated. More than 25 years later? Many residents are still drinking bottled water. 96% rely on it for drinking because the tap water remains unreliable, with frequent outages, line breaks, and quality issues. They pay some of the highest water rates in Kentucky for water they often can’t trust. When disasters like the recent orange water crisis in Delbarton, Mingo County, WV hit, it doesn’t stop at the state line. These creeks and rivers connect all of us across eastern Kentucky, southern West Virginia, and beyond. The pollution flows downstream. The health risks don’t check borders. Some locals believe these incidents aren’t just accidents, they suspect old mines are being allowed (or even encouraged) to flood and discharge so companies can more easily extract rare earth minerals from the acid mine drainage and waste. While the world scrambles for materials for EVs, magnets, and tech, our hollows pay the price with orange rivers and undrinkable water. Whether it’s Kentucky politics dragging its feet on infrastructure or West Virginia downplaying blowouts and acid mine drainage, our mountain communities keep paying the price for decades of extraction. Coal built this region, but its legacy left us with ruined water, struggling economies, and broken promises. We need real investment in clean water systems that actually work not more studies and excuses. No more treating Appalachia like a disposable sacrifice zone for yesterday’s coal and tomorrow’s “green” minerals.

As a 25 year resident of this Commonwealth I've never seen anything like the weather we're enduring. Another round of life threatening flooding is battering homes, farms, and communities. But let's call it what it is weather manipulation. Over the past six years, the sheer frequency of massive flooding flooding that wipes out entire towns and tornado outbreaks that level neighborhoods has become too common to ignore. The pattern isn't just alarming; it's deliberate. Aerial spraying chemtrails is altering our atmospheric conditions with devastating precision. Look up at those chemtrails lingering in perfect grids across your sky? That's not water vapor from planes, it's a cocktail of toxic metals like barium, aluminum designed to manipulate precipitation patterns and control global climates. The cloud seeding narrative is a lie, this is geoengineering on a catastrophic scale. The evidence is irrefutable: - Aluminum levels in rainwater are off the charts compared to historical data. - Barium salts suppress rainfall until saturation points are reached then you get biblical floods. - Ionized metallic particles in chemtrails disrupt natural storm systems, intensifying tornados. This is climate engineering by entities who profit from disaster capitalism. Insurance companies raise rates while governments launder billions through FEMA payouts for manufactured crises. Meanwhile, your crops rot underwater and your kids can't play outside without asthma attacks from particulate matter. Our skies aren't blue anymore they're weaponized battlefields controlled by shadow forces who don't care about your family or livelihoods. Stop accepting unprecedented weather events as normal. We need honest answers from Frankfort and DC about these illegal aerial operations poisoning our air and destroying our economy, and a immediate moratorium on all aerial spraying over American airspace followed by Congressional hearings exposing these eco-war crimes. Anything less means surrendering what little sovereignty we have left to rogue elites playing God with the weather.

The Massive Fraud Case unfolding in Kentucky is wild and deeply disturbing starting with a cattle fraud scheme that defrauded investors and a major lender out of $100 million through “ghost cattle”. This began as a classic Ponzi involving a Kentucky cattleman who built up paper inventories of tens of thousands of cattle that mostly didn’t exist, leading to bankruptcy filings and lawsuits against banks for allegedly enabling it. But investigations have allegedly uncovered far darker layers. Arrests in the area included Roberto Alderee and his brother Luis, with Luis reportedly caught attempting to purchase grenade launchers and rifles; Luis is described as a lieutenant to “Elno”, pointing to possible ties to Mexican drug cartels using local operations for laundering or other activities. Victims faced intimidation, including warnings they’d “end up in that stack”, and investigators themselves have reportedly been shot at, escalating this beyond financial fraud into something much more dangerous. What started small has ballooned into a suspected money laundering operation valued from $2 billion to $4.5 billion, with some estimates hitting $10 billion when including intra-transfers, and investigators claim detailed payment sheets tracking every penny of the $4.5 billion. Shocking reports link the probe to human trafficking, including a tip leading to the discovery of a 13-year-old German-speaking girl found in a ditch near a property where a man was allegedly tortured for his Bitcoin password blending crypto extortion with potential trafficking horrors. The case hints at deep local corruption, including connections to hemp fraud schemes and individuals with political influence; significant campaign contributions from linked figures may explain delayed or absent investigations, and notably, the former Kentucky attorney general was reportedly seen interacting with one such individual. A related business registered in Dubai features a website packed with stock images, screaming red flags for legitimacy and possible shell company use in the scheme. This isn’t just fraud it’s a potential nexus of cartel money laundering, violence, trafficking, and corruption right in rural Kentucky. How deep does this rabbit hole go?
