Never imagined, especially at only 32, that this would be my existence. Packing on 140 pounds in a year, lugging around a 69.5-inch gut (yeah… I somehow got bigger 😭😕), barely fitting into my uniform from last year, uncontrollably gassy in public.

Cheers to 2026 and progress back... my 72” belly feels constantly under pressure, even when empty (considering how much fat is packed into one, taut area). It would be great to grab a drink with a friend and not uncontrollably burp the entire time while struggling to stay upright

Struggles having a 68-inch belly at 32-years-old. After letting my weight spiral out of control this past year and gaining 130 pounds (bad lifestyle choices from a cross-country move; new, sedentary, office job with an abundance of fast-food and snacks), I wanna share my story.

Clip from last summer... it's unreal how long l've been struggling to balance in place or walk in a straight line with this 72" lard balloon jutting off of me. The constant slo-mo, embarrassed wobble as my shirt creeps higher, crossed from beer gut to quintuplets territory.

Little video from just after Thanksgiving… nothing new here, just an update. Still squeezing my 72” belly and 315-pound self into these same handful of shirts that can somewhat cover me.

After finally stabilizing my weight around 315 pounds for months now, I really hope I didn't pack on any extra weight through the festivities in the past week. I will have to check and measure to make sure this meat balloon of a belly hasn't swollen any bigger past 72-inches, too

I (M32) gained 130lbs in the last year, almost all in my belly (now 68” around). At this size, no matter what shirt I wear or bench I sit on, every time is a risked button popping off or chair collapse. If I tested the resilience of this bench longer, might have been disaster!

Story about a late-night run-in with a group of tipsy bros while walking to my car. After the encounter, as I was struggling into my car with this 72" belly, I realized they had lapped the block and were filming me from afar. My life looking overdue with 6 as a 32-year-old guy.

At only 32, with a now 68-inch belly, even basic stuff in public bathrooms is a struggle—can’t reach the sink, can barely squeeze into the stall, and the mirror just confirms it. Tasks like brushing my teeth, using the shower, washing dishes are similar

The proportions of the world (and human body itself) were not built for a man with a 70” belly… maneuvering through daily life is endlessly impossible: from struggling to just load laundry, to barely being able to tie my shoes. Never imagined I’d deal with this, let alone at 32.

As a 32-year-old guy with a 70-inch belly, every single day, I get reactions or comments from strangers in public about my admittedly-bizarre body shape. Be honest… if you passed me on the street, what would you think or conclude? Would you comment, react, or ask me questions?
