This Al-Shabab fighter was captured TWO times by Puntland. 1. First time, he was part of 300 fighters who were under 15 and handed over to Elman. 2. After being sanitised by Elman, he rejoined Al-Shabab and was captured again as an adult. Elman is an Al-Shabab backdoor.

Puntland President Deni: "Puntland is in a difficult situation, fighting a war alone, and has decided to rely only on itself and its people". We have only 3 allies that have contributed something tangible: Ethiopia, Kenya, and the UAE. Mogadishu is telling partners it supports us: we reject those lies.
