As has been widely reported, the charges include defamation by stating false facts, threats, unauthorized distribution of recorded material, and violation of the stalking punishment law. The defamation part is the most important here. The main point is that actor Kim Soohyun had a long-term relationship with the late Kim Saeron since she was a minor. And that through his agency, he pressured the late person to repay a debt, leading her to her death. False information of this kind was spread, and to support it, KakaoTalk conversations and the late person’s voice, among other evidence, were allegedly fabricated. Q.
