Was invited to design a custom app icon for Things take time by chester, so I built a cross stitch renderer that renders svg into cross stitches using webgl and 3js. Cross stitches for the glyph, french knots for the dot and a wood embroidery hoop for the app icon rim. Zoom in to peep the details 👀

My final choice was closer sounding to a disposable camera's dial (still using a comb), where it up pitches the faster you turn the dial
