Gotta say I love how much went into taking down Ronova they absolutely deserved that win It took... > 2 of the strongest Khaenri'ahns > A Descender > 6 Gnoses > Taking advantage of Celestia's rules > Manipulating another Shade > The help of a genius Sinner > A descendant of the Crimson Moon Dynasty > A Delusion created using the power of the Iridescent Moon The Shades really lived up to their portrayal

I'm sorry but JP Vesna mogs tf out of EN she actually sounds like a commander rather than just being a cutesy anime girl Not the VA's fault though she's actually pretty good but the direction removed any sense of gravitas from her character (ignore the abysmal gameplay)

I love how Toei doesn't offscreen transformations or regen anymore even though it's incredibly hard to animate In fact they do the opposite and go extra hard now this looks incredible 😭

New One Piece ep wasn’t too much of an improvement from higher priority Egghead episodes but the most notable improvement was definitely the sound design The Yasopp scene was the most obvious, but even here I bet Toei would’ve used the same generic building breaking sfx before

Guys I found a site that lets you read One Piece chapters not only with appropriate music but also with SFX as you read along this is actually so peak for higher immersion 😭 Thought I’d share in case people would like to use it, here’s a sample I made with the latest chapter 👇🏼
