After the assassination of Qassem Soleimani by the Americans, General Kenneth McKenzie was the head of CENTCOM, and the operation was carried out under his leadership. In his book, The Melting Point, he writes that when the order to eliminate General Soleimani was given, he opposed it. 🚫Why? McKenzie believed that the assassination of one Iranian general could draw the United States into a protracted regional war, which would not serve American interests. Therefore, he proposed abandoning the operation. However, the Director of the CIA presented a different assessment: Iran, according to their calculations, would not go to war. As a result, the operation was carried out. 🚫This is where a strategic mistake was made. In Washington, they believed that the assassination of Soleimani would not have long-term consequences. But after his death, a completely different principle was formulated: revenge for Qassem Soleimani should be the expulsion of the United States from the entire region. 🚫And today, it is becoming increasingly clear that this was not about a single retaliatory strike. After Soleimani's death, a process of gradually weakening American hegemony in the Middle East began. What was previously perceived as almost undisputed American dominance began to crumble step by step. 🚫As a result of this "stupid war," the United States lost its hegemony in the Middle East, while Saudi Arabia, through a project to unite southern Pakistan with Iran, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Egypt, is seeking to create a new regional security architecture. 🚫But the question of responsibility for Soleimani's assassination has not gone away. It has been explicitly stated that those who carried out and organized his assassination must be punished. This refers to those who made the decisions, planned, and led this operation. 🚫After the death of the spiritual leader, this issue becomes even more fundamental. If revenge was declared for the assassination of Qassem Soleimani, then all the more, the assassination of the country's highest spiritual leader cannot go unanswered. Responsibility for such actions does not disappear with time. 🚫That is why what is happening today should be seen not as a chain of isolated events, but as a long process: from the assassination of Soleimani and the demand to withdraw American forces from the region, to the gradual dismantling of the previous system of American influence in the Middle East. - Khayal Muazzin

Vice President J.D. Vance listed the countries assisting the United States in the war against Iran: If we look at Turkey, Azerbaijan, Qatar, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, and if we look around the world, we see that many countries, sometimes they don't want to publicly state this, but privately, are taking many positive steps to help us ensure that the Iranians are held accountable for attacking commercial vessels.

The President of Argentina, in a public address to the nation, reaffirmed Argentina's claim to the Falkland (Malvinas) Islands and urged Argentina's allies to recognize its sovereignty over the territories disputed with Britain: Today, we have everything we need to become a decisive nation on the world stage...[...] Now, we hope that our allies will stand with us in our legitimate and peaceful claim [to the islands], which we are promoting today. We ask those who are friends of Argentina not to turn away when our sovereignty is violated and our resources are taken away. There are reasons that are higher than any political differences. The islands are one of them. Therefore, I want to invite all political, economic, and social leaders of Argentina to join this demand with a single voice, because it is a just demand, because these islands belong to us, and they were taken from us. As a nation, we have two paths: either we become a great nation, capable of truly defending our sovereignty, or we continue down a path of decline, which will inevitably lead us to submission. I urge you to choose the first path. Let's make Argentina great again!

Professor Marandi (Tehran): - Piers, allow me to offer some advice. I'm not going to debate who is right or wrong – Russia or Ukraine – right now. That's not the point. I simply want to say that your media outlets have been misleading the public for two years, constantly claiming that Ukraine is winning. And then suddenly, it turns out that it is on the verge of collapse. Imposing false narratives ultimately becomes a disaster for yourselves – for the people of England, Europe, and America. Your endless wars, which are based on these false narratives and disinformation, create massive waves of refugees that are overwhelming your own countries. And all of this is happening because of your own actions.

Vance: Europeans publicly criticize us, but behind closed doors, they tell us: if the United States doesn't take any action against Iran, no one else in the world will be able to stand up to Iran. Iranians must stop attacking ships in the Strait of Hormuz. We will not negotiate with them until they stop attacking ships.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov commented on the accusations made by the German authorities against Russia: "In Germany, in Leipzig, an unmanned aerial vehicle was discovered on the territory of the airport. A decision was made that this drone resembled those used by the Russian Federation. Based on this assumption, or rather, this conjecture, an official decision was made to close our last general consulate in Germany."

Iran to gain access to the Black Sea via Armenia 🚫Iranian companies have begun construction of the 7.2-kilometer Kajaran tunnel in Armenia. 🚫This project is considered one of the most complex engineering projects currently being implemented in the Caucasus. 🚫The tunnel will be part of the "North-South" transport corridor, which is intended to connect Iran with Armenia, and then with Georgia and the Black Sea ports. 🚫Upon completion of construction, Tehran will have a shorter and more direct land route to the Black Sea region and European markets, which will reduce dependence on alternative transport routes. 🚫For Iran, the Kajaran tunnel strengthens Armenia's importance as a transit hub between Iran, the Caucasus, and Europe, and the "North-South" corridor is becoming increasingly strategically important for regional trade and logistics.
