Srinagar: Our school song! Nothing has changed except the number of trees that have been cut down. Our school had huge grounds lined with Poplars, Oaks & Chinars. A twin row of Poplars intersecting two play areas was the highlight. Does the social forestry deptt not care anymore?

Last year I visited this quaint & elegant home in Kanchipuram,TN. It takes you back in time, showing how people lived back in the day. Richness of culture can be seen in the collection of paintings, jewellery, utensils & board games of the family that lived in this 90-yr old house!

Have you ever been to the Meruvardhana Swami temple in Srinagar? Also known as the Pandrethan temple, the 10th-cent Shiva shrine was made by Meru, the minister of King Partha. Experience the rich, ancient Kashmir, only with Zaan Travels, nobody can show it better than KPs themselves!

Being someone who was born and has lived in Srinagar for the longest time, can tell how much the city has changed. For the better. Those who deny this fact are lying. Only one critical piece is missing. The return of the Pandits of Kashmir. That blemish stays! #KashmirFromMyLens
