A serving Indian Army personnel travelling between Maharashtra and MP crossed 6 tolls each side and faced the same confusion everywhere. At Gadha Toll, he was exempted three times… but the 4th time, cash was demanded because staff had “no clarity” on the rules. When policies clearly grant exemption to serving members of the Indian Army, why is there confusion on ground?
