I also sincerely pray that Allah grants a swift and complete recovery to all individuals who were injured. The distressing events that have affected the city of Borama and its honorable residents have brought profound sorrow, and I stand in full solidarity with the people of Awdal, both within the region and abroad. It is essential that an immediate, impartial, and comprehensive investigation be carried out to determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident. Every individual must assume their appropriate responsibility, and a high level inquiry grounded in transparency, professionalism, and integrity is required. Those found accountable for the harm and losses sustained by the city of Borama and its people must be brought before the law without exception.
