thank you for watching my first cooking vid! here is the recipe: 3 baby bella mushrooms 2 green onions 1 baby bok choy 7 raw shrimp black pepper to taste garlic powder to taste Frozen Sanuki Udon 1 tsp Kadoya Sesame Oil 1/2 tbsp Hondashi Powder 1 tbsp Ninben Tsuyu No Moto 1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream red pepper chili flakes to taste i am guessing the measurements because i dont measure anything. it should taste like a creamy umami sauce, so i recommend using a little pit of the tsuyu no moto at first and give it a taste!
