ICE is being redesigned. They cut its training academy from 72 to 42 days, slashed hours on the Constitution and use of force, and even removed firearms safety and protest-rights instruction. As explained in Steady State's most recent Substack article, DHS is spending 100 million on a wartime-style recruitment blitz targeted at UFC fans, gun shows, and “patriotic” podcasts. This is an intentional pipeline for ideology, not public service. Aliya Rahman’s testimony shows exactly what that produces.
