There is literally no snow on the mountains out west. Temps are in the mid 40’s. Imagine dropping thousands on a holiday vacation to Vail and getting there and seeing grass outside. This has to be killing the industry financially.

This is mind boggling. Colleges(especially private ones) are projected to start closing at one per week going forward. Moody’s has downgraded the whole sector. Academia is basically imploding Financially.

Vegas is collapsing. They just lost their way. Too expensive. Insane charges on everything. I’ll only go there if work has a meeting there.

Man worry that a recession is coming. The problem is many of you have never lived through one. Here are 7 places you don’t want to have your money if a recession occurs and why. I guarantee most of you hold at least a few of these assets. This is excellent advice.

I love this girl on TikTok. You gotta respect the hustle. All she does is eat steaks and talk about life in the process. Built it into a 600k following. She’s cute too but it’s the content that builds the following.

Spot on. Inflation is becoming normalized. Financial crisis incoming. I think 2027-2032 are going to be the hardest 5 years economically that this country has ever gone through.
