Not sure what's worse: The idea to blitz a safety 10 yards off the ball when QBs are shredding you with quick game on a weekly basis or the fact that we've got two guys covering the same receiver to the opposite of the field. You just cannot make this stuff up.

Words cannot describe how much I absolutely LOATHE this technique from Porter. Why are we playin from a half-turn in quarters?!?! Just as a general rule, if you turn your back to the sideline, you will not be able to play any out-breaking route if the quarterback is playing on time, much less anticipation. If you don't feel comfortable playing from a pedal, you have to press. This is 5 yards of separation against the NFL's best WR who has 20 targets?!?!? What are we doing!!!!
