I can so relate to this it’s my pet hate with UK retail now. Clubcards Fucking surveys (how did we do) Bag for life Email address for a receipt Had my windscreen changed the other week. 2 surveys emailed to me (insurance and windscreen installer) JUST DO YOUR JOB
