Nvidia $NVDA CEO Jensen Huang was asked about a recent story that said he warned that China will beat the US in the AI race “That’s not what I said. What I said was China has very good AI technology. They have many AI researchers, in fact 50% of the world’s AI researchers are in China. And they develop very good AI technology. In fact, the most popular AI models in the world today, open-source models, are from China. So, they are moving very, very fast. The United States has to continue to move incredibly fast. And otherwise, otherwise – the world is very competitive, so we have to run fast.” (H/T Dan Nystedt)

WATCH OUT FOR THE SPACEX $SPCX SHARE UNLOCK Right now only ~4.5% of all SpaceX shares are available to be traded. Only the shares bought during the IPO can be traded. Everyone else who bought in before can not sell We do have some forced buying coming up from the Nasdaq 100 and other ETFs/indexes But then the unlocks begin and everyone who got into this name before the IPO will be able to start selling ... this first unlock happens at SpaceX's first earnings (More info below on the unlock) amit thinks a lot of those insiders are looking to sell "I was talking with friends who got in at $200B, $400B, and $800B valuations. They said there is no chance they are keeping more than 50% of their allocations once they get liquid. They are selling right off the bat."

VETERAN TECH INVESTOR DAN NILES HAS A WARNING FOR ANYONE BUYING SPACEX AT IPO He calls himself a "major Elon Musk fanboy." But he wants nothing to do with the stock. Here is his argument: SpaceX is trading at 90-110x revenues. Tesla trades at 16x revenues. Same Elon Musk premium. One tenth the valuation. On why the next 15 days look fine but then get difficult: "Nasdaq 100 inclusion gets announced around day 10 and becomes effective at day 15. You've got passive funds that have to buy it, and closet indexers who go, I don't want to pay 90 times revenues but I don't want it to double on me either. So they just buy market weight." His Amazon warning: "Amazon in late 1999 had revenues of $1.6 billion. By 2001 they doubled to $3.1 billion. The stock went down 95%. From $106 to $6. I think we can all agree Amazon was a pretty good company." His bottom line: "Valuations absolutely matter. I don't want anything to do with this at 110 times revenues. This is not a fat pitch."
