I’m disappointed that $ASTS pushed its 45-satellite target into early 2027 because that milestone is critical to the commercial revenue ramp. AST really operates on two clocks where the first measures how quickly it can manufacture and launch enough satellites to provide useful coverage while the second measures how quickly its mobile network partners can activate service and begin paying AST once that coverage is available. The first clock has now moved later so unless AST accelerates the launch cadence afterward then the second clock may slip as well which helps explain why the stock is down nearly 20%. The financing terms really were excellent but poor communication and inconsistent capital messaging left investors focused on the satellite delay rather than the strength of the raise itself. I added 20% to my position today.

I still own $IREN because I think the market is underestimating both the $NVDA alignment and how hard its power footprint is to replicate. If the company can turn ~5 GW of secured power into Nvidia-aligned AI cloud capacity then the market may start valuing the 10x gap between its power base and near-term AI cloud needs.

$META is the largest position in my family portfolio because I don't just view it as just one of the world's most profitable advertising businesses but as an AI infrastructure and distribution platform with unmatched scale. As AI improves ad monetization, custom silicon lowers compute costs and new revenue streams emerge through models, agents and cloud infrastructure then I think the market will increasingly value Meta as an AI platform rather than simply an ad company. I think $PLTR has been getting hit because investors are worried about competition from OpenAI and Anthropic but I’ve been been adding to my position because I think a lot of people have this backwards. LLMs are obviously extremely valuable but as the major models continue to improve, they're also starting to cluster together in performance and because they're generally non-deterministic it means the real enterprise challenge becomes more about making sure that answer is grounded in the right data, tied to the right workflow, approved by the right human and executed in the right operational system. I truly think the concern that OpenAI and Anthropic could move into Palantir’s market is more modest than people assume. Model companies are focused on the model and building intelligence while Palantir is trying to help enterprises turn that intelligence into operational outcomes (very different lanes).
