I’m disappointed that $ASTS pushed its 45-satellite target into early 2027 because that milestone is critical to the commercial revenue ramp. AST really operates on two clocks where the first measures how quickly it can manufacture and launch enough satellites to provide useful coverage while the second measures how quickly its mobile network partners can activate service and begin paying AST once that coverage is available. The first clock has now moved later so unless AST accelerates the launch cadence afterward then the second clock may slip as well which helps explain why the stock is down nearly 20%. The financing terms really were excellent but poor communication and inconsistent capital messaging left investors focused on the satellite delay rather than the strength of the raise itself. I added 20% to my position today.

$NVDA, $AMD, $AVGO and custom hyperscaler chips will compete for years in the AI race but nearly all will still depend on $TSM to manufacture their chips. The quarter was excellent but the market wanted another major estimate reset and instead got strong revenue guidance alongside softer margins, higher capex and fewer near-term catalysts.

Chamath says $PLTR CEO Alex Karp “deserves a medal” for being “on the right side of history” and one of the few AI leaders willing to tell the truth. Palantir builds for the real world by helping customers turn AI into measurable outcomes rather than hypothetical promises.

$MSFT is trading at a decade-low valuation because the market is focused on the near-term cost of AI while underpricing Microsoft’s role as one of the most important enterprise AI platforms in the world. The bigger shift is that Microsoft may move from only monetizing users to monetizing work where companies eventually pay not just for employee licenses but for the AI work being performed around each employee. That creates a ton of upside if Microsoft can monetize agents, tokens, workflows, security, governance and productivity across the enterprise stack in the new AI economy.

$SPCX Starmind AI satellites could route data through Starlink’s laser mesh avoiding complex onboard antennas and most direct spectrum requirements. That lets Starmind piggyback on more than 10,000 Starlink satellites with V3 models potentially carrying 2–3 Tbps each. This creates a distribution moat no standalone orbital-compute player can match but it also shifts the bottleneck to the ground by funneling enormous traffic through SpaceX’s gateways. Which is why SpaceX is expanding into E-, V- and W-band backhaul with D-band proposed for AI while new FCC rules replacing 1990s power limits could unlock up to 7x more capacity from the same satellite network.

I still own $IREN because I think the market is underestimating both the $NVDA alignment and how hard its power footprint is to replicate. If the company can turn ~5 GW of secured power into Nvidia-aligned AI cloud capacity then the market may start valuing the 10x gap between its power base and near-term AI cloud needs.

$SKHY has the cleanest current exposure to the memory segment where $NVDA roadmap is creating the most value. If HBM content per AI rack climbs from the low hundreds of thousands today to potentially more than $1M with Rubin Ultra then SK Hynix becomes a direct bet on structural memory content growth the market is still underpricing.

$IBM is having its worst day in nearly six decades after its CEO said customers redirected quarterly spending toward servers, storage and memory to secure supply-constrained infrastructure ahead of expected price increases. That comment is huge because it provides one of the clearest real-world examples yet of the AI infrastructure buildout reshaping enterprise technology budgets. Demand for compute, memory, networking, power, cooling and skilled labor is becoming so large that companies are being forced to reallocate capital across the rest of their businesses.

$META is the largest position in my family portfolio because I don't just view it as just one of the world's most profitable advertising businesses but as an AI infrastructure and distribution platform with unmatched scale. As AI improves ad monetization, custom silicon lowers compute costs and new revenue streams emerge through models, agents and cloud infrastructure then I think the market will increasingly value Meta as an AI platform rather than simply an ad company. If that plays out then I think $META can rerate closer to 25x earnings.

If $MU confirms tomorrow that DRAM, NAND and HBM tightness can last into 2027 or 2028 then memory companies have more reason to keep spending on capacity and advanced manufacturing tools. That matters for $ASML because it sits at the most important equipment layer of the semiconductor supply chain where more advanced memory capacity means more demand for lithography systems.

I think $PLTR has been getting hit because investors are worried about competition from OpenAI and Anthropic but I’ve been been adding to my position because I think a lot of people have this backwards. LLMs are obviously extremely valuable but as the major models continue to improve, they're also starting to cluster together in performance and because they're generally non-deterministic it means the real enterprise challenge becomes more about making sure that answer is grounded in the right data, tied to the right workflow, approved by the right human and executed in the right operational system. I truly think the concern that OpenAI and Anthropic could move into Palantir’s market is more modest than people assume. Model companies are focused on the model and building intelligence while Palantir is trying to help enterprises turn that intelligence into operational outcomes (very different lanes).
