![😤 "Sometimes, when it's going against you, you see who's REALLY there - within the group, the squad, the players, the club - who really wants to be here for the long-term" 🛣️ "Football and building something takes a journey, and you've got to overcome things" 🤝 "[Diego Simeone] has been here a long, long time. I'm sure there's times where it hasn't quite gone to plan and they've had huge successes" ❌ "I understand that when it's not going too well there's a real clamour and feeling of it's a disaster and everything needs to be changed... but that's certainly not in our mindset" 🇫🇷 "[Leny] made his France debut last week, we're delighted for him, it's an unbelievable achievement. He wouldn't have played every game at the top of his level and won every game to get there, but he gets there. You can't lose sight of the journey" Michael Carrick gives a LONG answer on talk of him being under pressure 🗣️ #MUFC](https://image.24vids.com/tw-2109746060801310837/amplify_video_thumb/2109743636443172865/img/7cL8_JL4pVUSlcat.jpg)

"No. Listen, the teams on me. So, when we win, people say I'm doing a good job. If we don't win or don't get good results then a lot of it's on me. "So, I accept that. I'm not hiding away from that. It is what it is." Michael Carrick is asked if he feels sold short with his squad at Manchester United. #MUFC
