In acholi subregion, a journey of 40 minutes thesedays end up taking days. Roads in Agago, Pader, Omoro, Amuru, Lamwo, and the whole of Karamoja subregion are in an alarming state.

No. KBS 564D/ZE 7948, was one of the nastiest. Amongst the 14 passengers #RIP 😭 that died on spot is a friend of mine, we pray for the 30 others fighting for their lives in Gulu hospitals having sustained serious injuries.

In this video, they are ranting with the names of comrade Lalam Irene (Liama) amongst others, the National Unity Platform party flag bearer for Gulu District Woman MP in the coming election. Here they were threatening to burn her husband's vehicle, destroy her campaign materials, kill her and bury her on murrum. ...etc. these gang commit crimes in the city and are protected by the yellow Uganda Police Force because they are used for targeted crimes in the region by security organs.
