This 10 seconds is the best acting of Glenn Close’s career. Absolutely brilliant!!

If The DaVinci Code came out today, Robert Pattinson would 100% be Silas.

Its not talked about alot, if at all. But this moment where Captain Picard has to maintain his composure not only as a Starfleet Officer but as the Captain of the Enterprise. The pause and the deep breaths and the slow exhale as he’s fighting to hold it together and is aware of it and losing that battle against his grief that he has to excuse himself from duty is one of my favourites amongst so many.

I don’t think there’s ever been a harder Needle Drop in Cinema History……A one liner by Donald Pleasance followed by that Needle Drop is what Cinema is all about. #Halloween

This is the exact moment that Mission Impossible 2 goes from a Mid Movie to an absolute Masterclass of Late 90s/Early 2000s action filmmaking. The score, the performances, the build up. It’s all so “extra” and I love it!!!!

Anyone remember when Nicholas Hoult was cast in Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning as “Gabriel” but then dropped out in pre-production but they still managed to squeeze in his pre-production photos into the Final Reckoning and he ended up NOT being Gabriel but rather a Young Ethan Hunt.

Remember when Safran got triggered, during an interview, that one of his directors liked Ben Affleck’s Batman and tried to pass it off as a casual comparison to dismiss Sandberg’s second choice.
