I'd love to see someone go to all those audience members and tell them Cloud kissed another woman, tell them no Final Fantasy protagonist in HISTORY has ever kissed someone they did not end up with, has a FAMILY with the same woman he kissed instead of Aerith and refused to kiss her, and see if they still feel like Aerith is the love interest lmao. Just a reminder of what happens on those same dates minutes after he spends time with "boring" Tifa and "fun" Aerith. So hilarous how y'all like to claim Tifa is a boring un-fun character and yet she's the one getting a mutual handhold in the same chapter, the kiss and family with Cloud lol. And only one of these girls got upset about Cloud insisting he did not have romantic feelings for a female friend that recently died even though she had feelings for him. Take from that what you will.
